The pendants come with a standard 925 silver chain of 45 and 60 cm long.

If you get your ring size wrong, it can be replaced with a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.

Gemstone rings are custom-made because they're made to fit the stone and can't be replaced. So, be sure to check your size carefully using our sizing guide.

Most of the jewelry is handmade. Others are made using wax molding techniques to achieve more organic shapes. They typically take between 8 and 10 days to be ready. If you're in a hurry or have a special date, please let us know.

Orders are shipped via Correos Express for €5 to the Peninsula and €8 to the Balearic Islands. For orders to the Canary Islands or Europe, please write to us and we will process your order by email. 

From the time the jewelry is shipped, it takes 24-48 hours to reach its destination within Spain and 5-12 days for the rest of Europe. You can check the status of your order with a tracking code at www.correosexpress.com. 

You can pick up your order at the workshop in Barcelona by selecting the pickup option. We'll let you know when it's ready for your visit!

You can also send your order as a gift by selecting the recipient's address and leaving a special note.

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time, please let us know so we can investigate the reasons and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your jewelry is damaged within a 3-month period, it will be repaired at no extra charge. If this happens after this period, please contact us to discuss the matter. 

The warranty does not cover broken gems, accidental damage, or damage from improper use.

You can return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. 

This does not apply to earrings, gemstone rings, or custom jewelry.

Returned jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please send your jewelry with the tracking number, as we are not responsible for losses during shipment to us.

In the future, we aim to use only recycled metal and gems with traceable origins. We avoid using plastic in packaging and strive to ensure fair and local trade of our jewelry.
